Because of the fear that LJ might shut down, i've jumped on the bandwagon and created an InsaneJournal! Incase anyone else has it my user name is still the same - at_every_turn.

I'm not planning on using it, i don't think, but it's there as a just-in-case back-up!

I doubt anything will happen to LJ and it's probably all rumours, but it's better to be safe than sorry (i've used so many cliches today i feel ill!).

Hehe, i just watched and i have to say it was pretty awesome! It's very unlikely that this will be understandable - im still reeling!

Okay so the writing wasn't great, the American accent was pretty bad too, and there was the annoying Ruby, but it was still INCREDIBLE!

We have Christian Cooke, who is so incredibly cute (and we have him shirtless!), we have ass-kickery and monsters in hoodies!!! What more could you want!!

Im looking forward to next week :D  I grinned all the way through!

I'm actually pretty okay with this:
1, He has floppy hair, which is a must have for a Doctor after David - that was my first though on seeing him!
2, I'm so glad they didn't go for someone well-known, now we have someone new to mould the character and this makes me pretty excited :D

...and i actually can't think of any other reasons! I know i had some :)

All i know is that i'm quite looking forward to 2010. I love David, I do, but i'm still excited!!

Christmas is over and it's the new year! Wooh!

So, having already decided that i'm not making any new years resolutions ... i have decided that my new years resolution is to use my lj and make new friends :D

Which is why im writing to say hello to all the amazing people in the Merlin fandom who i've just become friends with: HI!
I hope to get to know you and have much fun squeeing over the amazingness of Merlin!

(Sorry about this totally random post!)

 Whey, i'm at_every_turn, this is my journal to squee rant and basically fill with wierdness!!

I'm a fanfic-whore *guilty*! I read far too much and even from time to time try my hand at writing it, but i'm really bad at finishing things so i tend to loose intrest after about two chapters and start working on something else, which annoys people slightly!!

My fandoms at the moment are Torchwood, Skins and Alexander The Great. Most of the stuff i do envolves slash, so if you hate the idea of that i wouldn't stick around!!

For anybody that cares i love music, mostly rock as my favourite bands ever are Rise Against and 30 Seconds to Mars. My other passion (if it can really be called that) is history, specifically Ancient History - i'm a latin geek - leave me alone!

So yeah, that's me and this is my journal!!
